Howff is an old Scottish name for a 17th century graveyard in Dundee, but in a positive note it also means a drinking den, or happy meeting place. In keeping with these ideas this area is a monument to those musicians who have passed on from this mortal coil but left their mark on the memory of Scotland's music tradition.
